A UFO investigator for 30 years, has held membership in NICAP and APRO and has also served as the Early Warning Co-ordinator in New England for the Air Force-sponsored "Condon Committee" UFO study.

Currently, he on the National Board of Directors for CUFOS and the assistant director and chief investigator for CAUS.
